Brothers, The secretary is writing this for the Master due to his busy schedule. As we have just attended Grand Lodge, we are again reminded of the wonderful fraternity that we belong to. Masonry touches so many lives and is involved in so many charities that without the participation of each of you this could not happen. Although many brothers do not choose to be actively involved, you are still passively involved in the donations that you make. Each of you should be proud of the work that you do. Furthermore, we are blessed by the Masonic community to which we belong. As we travel and meet new brothers both in Connecticut and beyond we become aware of just how extensive and wonderful this fraternity is. If you have not been to lodge or traveled recently, we encourage you to get out there and meet new friends. With many new young brothers joining things continue to change for the better. The emphasis is on inspiration, convenience, and enjoyment. Get involved and be reminded just how much fun lodge can be! The Master's program of having dinners before the Stated meeting has been a real success. This gives many brothers more time to spend together without staying late. Dinners start at 6:30 pm and lodge will open at 7:30 pm. Sincerely & Fraternally Kenneth Blake Secretary for Edward Andrews Worshipful Master |
